Gerry Adcock is a north-east photographer based in Newcastle upon Tyne, providing images for a wide range of uses including advertising, & editorial.

Gerry often obtains shots featuring dramatic lighting conditions. This is due to his willingness to travel to locations irrespective of bad weather, and the need for early starts.

He believes that Photography is a natural extension for the outdoor activities he has grown to love over the years. It has been said that we see not with our eyes, but with our souls, and the images of life and creation are captured moments that become a part of those who take the time to see. Gerry has always been drawn to the hills & mountains, and is fortunate to live in an area with such convenient access to the Lake District, Cheviots, Pennines & Yorkshire moors, allowing him the opportunity to capture their ever changing moods & beauty on film.
